1. Population and dissenters: Our parish, including those that have Relief, consists of Thirty five families. We have no Dissenters of any Denomination whatever.

2. Public or charity schools: We have no publick or Charity School, endowed or otherwise maintain'd in our parish.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: We have no Alms-House, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment; either for the Repair of our Church, or other pious Use.

4. Residence upon cure: I personally reside in my parsonage House.

5. Curate: I have no Curate.

6. Divine service at other churches: I somtime perform Divine Service for Lord Clinton's Chaplain in the Church of East=Buckland.

7. Frequency of divine service: I preach and perform Divine Service in my Church, every Lord's Day, unless I am hindered by Sickness.

8. Frequency of communion: I administer the Holy Sacrament of the Lord's Supper four times in every Year.

9. Number of communicants: We have nigh Ninety Communicants in our parish: of which Twenty at least usually receive at Easter. Thirty or more, which I believe was about the Number last Easter.

10. Catechising of children: I Catechize the Children of my parish, which are willingly sent me, Yearly betwixt Lady Day and Michelmas.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: We have no Chapel within our parish, either Standing, or in Ruins.
